Andy Saddleton

Former Lt. Colonel Royal Marines

Organisational Development, Leadership, Military Service, Health and Wellbeing

Andy served in a long career as an officer in the Royal Marines until 2016, he was at the forefront practicing extensive Military Leadership in many theatres. He also achieved a Master’s in Business Administration and practiced organisational development in U.K. Defence organisations, in cross government initiatives, and as part of wider capacity building with allies and partner nations across North Africa, the Middle East, and South Asia regions.

Resigning in 2016, to pursue a second career in Organisational Development, he has worked on UK Government Conflict, Security, and Service Fund projects and also within the private sector, carrying out the digital transformation of a law enforcement agency in the Horn of Africa; designing and running behavioral case studies for the MOD, Ministry of Interior and Ministry of National Guard in Saudi Arabia as part of Transformation 2030; and working with a Public Security Directorate in the Levant to modernise key policy and operational departments.

Running parallel with his organisational development consultancy, he is qualifying as a nutritionist, personal trainer and wellness advisor with a view to helping organisations' support for their workforces with physical and mental wellbeing advice.
