cONSULTANCY

We have significant consultancy skills, with experience of working in the UK, Ireland, but also internationally.

Our main focus is upon improving operational service delivery, especially in relation to investigations, but our skill set can bring success to other front line policing, security, and enforcement activities.  Our abilities can embrace virtually all aspects of organisational delivery, either strategic, or tactical.

The demands that are coming down the road from Government, alongside other key drivers for change, will require constant transformation to keep pace with public expectation, while improving  service delivery.  We have the solutions that match the operational, tactical, and strategic problems that are required.  We can be alongside to guide and advise.

We can consult at all levels, from those overseeing organisations, to those running them at the executive level, and onto the delivery end.  Our consultancy will always be based on accurate ground truth and clear thinking, all suggested by highly experienced individuals.

TESTIMONIAL

Sean Yates embedded a recruitment, training and induction infrastructure that delivered experienced detectives to a complex enquiry. Sean established a staff induction programme, which was recognised in the Jan 21 HMICFRS review as, 'a comprehensive introduction to the operation, covering not only the investigative aspects, but also administrative functions (for example, pay and expenses), and matters such as expected standards of behaviour'. The HMICFRS report also raised concerns that the operation would not achieve the recruitment goal of 150 staff. I am pleased to report, mainly due to Sean's efforts, that we will reach this target in the next two months. Due to Sean's support and commitment the operation has the strong staff resilience required to meet the demands of the investigation."
